Product Introduction

Carbonized fiber woven packing is the first polypropylene eye fiber by high temperature carbonization treatment into carbonized fiber, and then impregnated with PTFE emulsion, woven into the packing. This packing has good thermal conductivity, low friction coefficient and moderate price. Can be widely used in weak acid or weak base medium, containing a small amount of solid particles of the dynamic sealing site.

Commonly used equipment:It is recommended for higher linear speed rotary pumps, reciprocating pumps, centrifugal pumps, mixers, agitators and stern sealing pipes can also be used for valves and kettles for packing seals. 
Application industry:
Commonly used in petroleum equipment, chemical, fertilizer, power generation, shipbuilding and other industries.
Applicable medium:Mineral oil, weak acid, salt solution, water, brine, industrial wastewater, etc. According to customer requirements can be molded into high carbon fiber impregnated graphite emulsion woven packing ring.
Product specifications:3*3mm -- 70*70mm; special specifications or all kinds of non-standard products can be formulated according to customer requirements.

Performance parameters

Note: (1) high temperature lubricant can be infiltrated into the packing as required. Density: 1.40-1.55g/cm³ (2) Iron red silicone elastomer can be added to the core of the packing as required.
