Flexible graphite coil, also known as flexible graphite paper or flexible graphite sheet, is a natural graphite flake after chemical treatment, after heating high temperature expansion to form graphite worms, this worm-like graphite powder density of about 0.003g/cc. The flexible graphite web is then formed by rolling. The expanded graphite coil does not contain binders and fillers, so it is of high purity, has good corrosion resistance, radiation resistance, high/low temperature resistance, good compression resilience, and has self-lubrication and impermeability. It is suitable for sealing of low-pressure parts. Graphite coils and metal sheets can be compounded into various forms of graphite composite plates.
