Introduction
HS857 metal tooth gasket is a metal skeleton processed into equidistant, non-connected arc-shaped concentric grooves. The arc teeth can effectively simulate the deformation trend of the flange and ensure the efficient sealing of the gasket. The metal arc-shaped tooth gasket can also play a good sealing effect under small pressure, thus forming a metal skeleton with good elasticity; the upper and lower surfaces of the metal skeleton are compounded with a layer of graphite material or soft Teflon (ePTFE) and Non-asbestos and other strip-shaped sealing gaskets finally form the overall composite gasket. Due to the special structure of the corrugated composite gasket, it has a series of excellent properties. This product can be used in general applications, which is quite economical and effective. Can directly replace the winding gasket and coated gasket use. Suitable for high temperature and high pressure occasions such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, valves, pipelines and other flange connection seals.
