Product Introduction
Metal coated gasket, the use of expanded graphite, ceramic fiber and other high heat resistance of inorganic filler as a filler, wrapped by a very thin layer of metal stainless steel, tinplate, copper and other materials of metal sheet, completely coated products. According to the gasket section, it is usually divided into plane type cladding and corrugated type cladding. It is the most traditional sealing gasket and is suitable for sealing of heat exchanger, pressure vessel, pump, valve and flange surface. However, the resilience is limited, requiring a flat flange surface and a high tightening force to achieve good results. It is suitable for sealing flanges of pressure vessels with large diameter (such as heat exchangers, reactors, etc.) and flanges of various media such as pumps, pipe valves, pipelines and various equipment.
